At Le Petite Artist, we focus on learning technical skills, using art as a form of self-expression, and make art for the joy of bringing beauty into the world.
All levels of experience are welcomed, whether your maker is a novice or a self-acclaimed artist.
We believe art has the power to transform, express, and heal and we will explore how we can create skills that will be used well beyond our classroom.
Our Classes
This is our tried and true offering for young artists who want to improve in their skills while having fun. Students will learn drawing, painting and 3D techniques that they’ll take with them well beyond the day of the class!

Designed for students who want to learn even more, this is a week-long course focused on sharpening a full range of skills including drawing, painting and 3D design. Our favorite part: the class will culminate in a full art show displaying each student’s creations from the week.

About The Teacher
Hi, it’s your friend Gretchen and I am so glad you are here. Le Petite Artist was birthed out of a love and a perceived need to bring fine arts, self-expression, and beauty into the lives of tiny makers.
As a young girl, I vividly remember being invited by my elementary school art teacher to join her in her studio for art classes. Those classes were key in my growth as an artist and pushed me to pursue art as a career as well as passion.
Art has the power to change lives, create beauty from nothing, and spark joy in the mundane. Join me for a lesson as we explore your creative self.
